• Our lab's main research has focused on multi-functional complex oxide system. 
  1.The structure-property relationships in complex oxides
  2. The design of advanced materials having specific structural and physical properties: oxide artificial lattice (superlattice), multiferroic oxides, perovskite-based transition-metal oxides, functional oxide nanostructure
  3. Study of surface and interface states, their effects on electrical properties in multifunctional nanostructured oxide thin films
  4. The early stages of film growth (growth mode control)
  5. Properties of ultrathin complex oxide thin films
  6. Defect chemistry: the effect of chemical and defect preference on the stability of superlattice and metastable thin films and bulks
  7. Electronic transport properties and photoelectric property of transition metal oxide thin films and bulks 
  8. All oxide solar-cells, electro-optic device, photoconductivity and photovoltaic effect
  9. Metamaterials based on complex oxide
